• The email address of your account (if you are signed in).
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead — a screenshot or the generated image helps.
• For generation problems: the tool or model, the prompt, and roughly when it happened.
• For billing: the order or invoice reference from your account.

Common topics

• Credits and purchases — check your balance and order history under Settings → Credits and Settings → Billing first; most questions are answered there. Pricing details are on the Pricing page.
• Downloads — high-resolution downloads are available from AI Tasks in your account after a purchase.
• Account and sign-in — tell us which sign-in method you used (Google or email) and the address associated with it.
• Content or copyright concerns — describe the content and where it appears; we take these reports seriously and act on them under our Terms of Service.
